  • Presently serve as Director, Global eBusiness Strategy at Fortune 250 insurance brokerage and consulting firm (Aon Corporation - AOC).
    Part of a small team responsible for Aon Corporation's (the world's second largest insurance brokerage) Website efforts that resulted in the company being recognized by eWeek Magazine as one of the world's "500 e-Business Innovators of 2000." Consulting areas of expertise include: email marketing, Website marketing, Internet advertising and Website strategy. One of two managers responsible for the creation of Aon's first global e-business Intranet site. Advise senior-level executives on potential partnerships and investments, identification of new business opportunities and relevant best practices.
     
  • Strong experience with e-business and marketing strategy.
    More than 15 years experience in marketing, marketing communications and five years experience in e-business strategy. Held marketing management positions in a wide range of business-to-business companies encompassing both services and manufacturing industries. Experience encompasses digital strategy, marketing strategy/planning, product development, segmentation, branding, PR, advertising, Website management, off- and on-line promotion trade show management.
     
  • Served as an independent Internet Strategy and Marketing consultant to both B2B and B2C companies.
    Consulted to numerous clients including Gold Eagle (makers of HEET and STA-BIL), Borg General Controls, NEC Technology and Wired Matrix. Provided consulting to numerous Aon Corporation businesses (Aon Corporation is a holding company with 51,000 employees, three business units and numerous businesses).
     
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a Web site on marketing that has received international praise and a prestigious subscriber list, all without spending a dime on advertising.   
    My Website on marketing, Marketing Today has been recommended by Harvard Business School in their Working Knowledge publication. In addition, Marketing Today has been recommended, linked to or listed as a resource on marketing by Business 2.0, Fast Company, e-Marketing Magazine, Ziff-Davis Publications, Chicago Internet Marketing Association, numerous AMA chapters and business schools. In addition, Marketing Today has received the praise of highly regarded marketing experts such as Seth Godin, author of Permission Marketing. Marketing Today is subscribed to by more than one thousand marketing professionals, executives and consultants, representing all of the big five consulting firms, many top ad agencies and marketing consulting firms and a wide range of professionals from the world's most well-respected companies (like P&G, Accenture, Compaq, Microsoft, Dell, IBM, McKinsey, KPMG, Marsh...). I have been interviewed as an expert on e-marketing by numerous national publications.

    Early career experience in business-to-business sales in the media and direct-mail industries provides the insight that helps understand complex B2B decision processes. Won two awards for "Outstanding Achievements in Sales" while an advertising account executive with Chicago Tribune Community Publications. Handled production planning on some of the world's largest direct-mail campaigns for clients like Hearst Magazines, Columbia, Prudential and Chrysler while at Wallace.
