- Presently serve as Director, eBusiness
Marketing at Fortune 250 insurance brokerage and consulting firm
(Aon Corporation - AOC).
Over four years at Aon in capacities of corporate Director, eBusiness
Marketing, Marketing Director for Aon Information Strategies and corporate
Director, Global eBusiness Strategy, I have been responsible for creating
two best practice enterprisewide marketing programs; numerous marketing,
eMarketing and integrated marketing communications plans; numerous
marketing templates used throughout the organization; offline and online
advertising campaigns and individual ads; direct mail campaigns; email
marketing initiatives; online seminars; trade show marketing planning and
implementation; sales collateral; video/multimedia presentations and
internal marketing programs. I was part of a small team responsible for Aon Corporation's (the world's second
largest insurance brokerage) Website efforts that resulted in the company
being recognized by eWeek Magazine as one of the world's "500 e-Business
Innovators of 2000." Aon's corporate website has been chosen as one
of BtoB's (the leading business-to-business marketing magazine) top B2B
Websites for three consecutive years. Responsible for email
marketing, Website marketing, Internet advertising and Website strategy.
One of two managers responsible for the creation of Aon's first global
e-business Intranet site. Advise senior-level executives on potential
partnerships and investments, identification of new business opportunities
and relevant best practices. I have been cited by the media as an expert
(e.g., BtoB Magazine has referred to me as a "top marketing expert,"
Christian Science Monitor as a Internet marketing expert, etc.)

marketing strategy.
More than 15 years experience in marketing, marketing communications
and five years experience in e-business strategy. Held marketing
management positions in a wide range of business-to-business companies
encompassing both services and manufacturing industries. Experience
encompasses digital strategy, marketing strategy/planning, product
development, segmentation, branding, PR, advertising, Website management,
off- and on-line promotion trade show management.
- Served as an Independent Marketing
Management Consultant to numerous companies, both B2B and B2C in a wide
range of industries).
Consulted to numerous clients including Gold Eagle (makers of
HEET and STA-BIL), Borg General Controls, NEC Technology and Wired Matrix.
Provided consulting to numerous Aon Corporation businesses (Aon
has more than 54,000 employees in 120 countries).
- Responsible for creating and
maintaining a Web site on marketing that has received international praise
and a prestigious subscriber list, all without spending a dime on
advertising.

recommended by numerous authoritative sources on marketing including Harvard Business School
and Northwestern University's Medil School, as well as being recommended
by numerous marketing associations and marketing and business publications. Marketing Today is subscribed to by

1000 (like P&G, AT&T, Accenture, Compaq, Microsoft, Dell, IBM,
McKinsey, KPMG, Marsh...). In addition, my writing has appeared in
numerous trade journals, newsletters and books. I am a speaker on
marketing. I provided the keynote presentation at IQPC's "Measuring and
Ensuring Return on Your Marketing Investment" in 2002 (other presenters
came from McKinsey, Interbrand, Kraft and eBay). I recently (April 2004)
presented and served as a panelist for Crain's BtoB Magazine's
NetMarketing series along with Bank One, CDW and Google.

Early career experience in business-to-business sales in the media and
direct-mail industries provides the insight that helps understand complex
B2B decision processes. Won two awards for "Outstanding Achievements in
Sales" while an advertising account executive with Chicago Tribune
Community Publications. Handled production planning on some of the world's
largest direct-mail campaigns for clients like Hearst Magazines, Columbia,
Prudential and Chrysler while at Wallace.
