Director, Global eBusiness Strategy
· After handling numerous consulting assignments for Aon Interactive Ventures (Aon's corporate level e-business Group), I was asked to join AIV by Aon Executive VP Bob Rosholt, former CFO Bank One and head of Aon's e-business efforts, and given a 30% salary increase during a period of corporate downsizing.
· Responsible for advising senior level executives on e-business strategy for this Fortune 250 risk management and consulting firm with 54,000 employees in 120 countries.
· Internal engagements have encompassed Website strategy, e-metrics, online marketing, integrating offline and online marketing, online privacy, establishing a e-business best practice database, CRM and Website surveying.
· One of two people responsible for creating a special section of Aon's Intranet focused on its e-business initiatives, investments and partnerships.
· Report to the Senior VP, e-Business Strategy and Partnerships.

· Provided Internet strategy and e-marketing consulting for clients including Gold Eagle (makers of automotive chemical brands HEET and STA-BIL), Martor, Borg General Controls, Servoso, NEC Technologies, La Marche, etc. Responsible for the first Internet efforts for several corporations.
· Handled consulting engagements, sometimes working in conjunction with Internet consulting firm Wired Matrix and marketing communications agency Urbas Creative Group.
· Publish MarketingToday, an online marketing magazine that has been recommended by Harvard Business School (Working Knowledge) , the Chicago Internet Marketing Association, Ziff-Davis publications, e-Marketing Magazine, several AMA chapters, numerous University marketing departments and several college-level text books on marketing (selected by Folio Magazine as one of several "Web sites worth watching"). · Responsible for corporate marketing plans, identifying new market and product opportunities, creating corporate alliances, marketing communications, Internet efforts, competitive intelligence and product development for this leading chemical contract packager of aerosols and liquids with a more than 12% market share of all automotive aerosols sold in the US.
· Helped launch, plan and lead a new company division, now a successful part of the company.
· Responsible for company's first Internet efforts. Created a personalized company e-mail newsletter to
customers and section of the Web site for customer groups.
· Worked with major marketer customers in the development and improvement of products. Customers include Pennzoil, Prestone, Clorox, Sara Lee, Turtle Wax, Shell Oil and Wal-Mart.

· Responsible for all marketing communications (advertising, collateral materials, corporate videos, marketing research, company newsletter, sales support and PR) and marketing research for corporate headquarters of this leading commercial testing laboratory with locations worldwide.
· Responsible for managing marketing communications of the company's trade schools (Staveley Schools) as well as other business units.
· During my tenure, Conam climbed from the third largest in sales in its industry to become the leader (currently over 800 employees).
· Assisted the company president in conducting due diligence on acquisition targets as well as competitive intelligence.
· Responsible for the selection and implementation of sales force automation tools for outside sales.
· Created lead tracking system and streamlined sales proposal system used to win contracts from Shell Oil, Amoco, Mobil and DuPont.
